Can I just simply go straight to someone and tell that I love him?
Can I just hug my friends and tell them I love them? *ok, this is done*
Can I just go and hug my parents and tell them how much I love them? *ok, this is also done*
Can I just fly over to Korea and fine someone there and settle down with a tall, cute, softhearted gentleman? 
Can I just tell the world how I am in love with Medicine? *ok, this is fake*
